1,What about the sample charges?
Customers are kindly requested to pay the sample & freight charges. The sample charges are double value of mass production price.
2,How much is the sample cost for customized design and what about MOQ for it?
1.The sample charge to make the customized design is USD30/inch, for some special designs, the cost will be calculated by the difficulty of the details and the cost may be higher.
2.The MOQ for customized design is 2000pcs for each design.
3.If the order quantities accumulate up to 2000pcs for each design within one year, we will refund the sample charges to customers.
3,How long will it take to make a customized design?
If the customers confirm the prototype, the refined sculpture and the colors in time, normally we need 15-20days to finish a customized design.
4,What’s your minimum order quantity requirement for each design?
In order to produce the order under normal cost, customers are kindly requested to place orders with the MOQ requirement accordingly.
If the order quantity is less than above MOQ, customers are kindly required to pay an increasing price to cover the extra production cost according to the following information:
The increasing price is as per the following calculation:
Increasing price=Pricex(MOQ - Order quantity)/MOQx50%
5,What about the payment terms?
1.30% deposit by T/T to be effected before production, 70% balance upon receipt copy of B/L.
2. By irrevocable L/C at sight.
6,What’s the delivery time for a order?
The average delivery time is 60-90 days after receipt of deposit or L/C, but the delivery time may vary in different period of the year.
7,Can we ask you to keep our designs or your designs we order from you to be exclusive in our country?
We always like to supply different designs to the customers in the same country, it’s good for both the customers and us.
1.We will keep the customized design exclusive for customers in their market.
2.If customers select our designs and ask the items to be exclusive in their country for them , we will also keep these designs exclusive in their country.
3.We marked exclusive on the photos of the products on our website so that customers could see clearly which country the item is exclusive for.
