Huadongtrack®is IAAF approved Prefabricated Rubber Synthetic Athletic Track Surface made from synthetic and natural rubber compounds,mineral fillers, color pigments,stabilizing agents and other materials.
Adpot close-cell micro-bubbling and continuous vulcanization technology, makes track incredible elasticity and duration.Huadongtrack® is manufactured in high controlled process, meets IAAF performance specification.
Durable enough to bear abrasion, spike damage,ultra violet exposure,water, moisture and extremely weather condition.
Structure:
1. The upper layer is heat-vulcanized honeycomb base, with special structure angled in the direction of running,whichdifferentiatesthebiomechanicalresponsedepending on the type stress generated by athletes.
2. The bottom layer has been specially designed to boost vertical deformation, giving athlete a sense of comfort while training.

1)Ground requirements:Cement, or,Asphalt. The ground should be smooth enough.
2)Glue(Two Components Polyurethane Adhesive) is needed to paste the track to the ground.
3)Different tools is needed for installation, such as rulers, small trailer, mixer, barrels, bricks, cutting knifes and so on.

How to install curve ?
Curve installation very easy, because running track is elastic and very flexible, installing it using its nature flexible, just the same as installing the straight way.
How to deal with joints?
First,very nature combination by glue, if at some joints, glue can not combined the joints well, then see the use ofU type air nail gun to beat nails as following
