FAQ:
1.When can I get the quotation of cable?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your detail specification.If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
2.How can I get a sample to check the cable quality?
After price confirmation if you order a large amount of product and need some samples, we will charge for the sample cost.But if you need some simple products, we will not charge cost.
3.How can I expect to get the cable sample?
After you send confirmed files,the samples will be ready for delivery in 2-3days. The sample will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your express account or prepay us if you do not have account.
4.What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly,it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Usually we need 7-10 days to do the normal cable assembly.
