Sterilization parameters and judgement method:


① Steam sterilization parameters: the temperature at 121 ° C , 0.2 MPa pressure and the time is 10 min,judgment methods: If the steam indicator color changed from blue into black, then prove sterilization completely, if the steam indictor color don't change or change slightly, then prove sterilization failed or sterilization not through. ② EO sterilization parameters: the temperature at 52-56 ° C, -50Kpa pressure , humidity 60% in the EO container dose of 450 mg/L ~ 1200 mg/L, the time is 2 hours, judgment methods: if the EO indicator color change from red into brown, then prove sterilization completely, if the EO indictor color don't change or change slightly, then prove sterilization failed or sterilization not through.
