Magnesium Oxide Boardis a kind of New Green Building Material which is used in place of traditionalGypsum Boardas partition wall andceilingcovering material and sheathing. Magnesium Oxide Board (MgO board) could be used anywhere that Gypsum boards or dry walls could be used, such as Partition wall, Interior wall, Exterior Wall, Ceiling, Flooring, Lining board, Cladding board, etc.. Magnesium Oxide Boards (MgO board) have many advantages over gypsum boards or dry walls which make them the material of choice for new constructions and renovations!!
Considering the humidity natural factors, we have studied a new formula to avoid the crying phenomenon, that is replacing the magnesium chloride to magnesium Sulfate. It will never happen the crying again!! Europe customers please feel free to use it !!
Xinlong Fireproofing Magnesium Oxide Boardismadeofmagnesiumoxide (content is 85%),MagnesiumSulfate (magnesium chloride has been replaced !!),middlealkaliglassfibermesh (6*6 platinum fiberglass mesh; 5*5 interwoven fiberglass mesh ),expandedperlite,sawdust,andotherauxiliarymaterialsandadditives.Itisdividedintobuildingmaterialsboardandfireresistanceboardaccordingtoprocesses,formulas.
Thesurfacedensityofmagnesiumoxideboardis0.8-1.2g/cm3.Itisreducedthebuildingloading,andmadethebuildingweightofinteriorwallreduce60%more,meanwhile,increasedtheusedareaabout5-8%.Lightweightboardbenefittothestructureanti-vibration,andefficientlydecreasethecostofgroundworkandstructbody.
Conservation :Thermostatic nature conservation, temperature should be on 35℃, and relatively humidity should be on 65% .
Safe: 100% does not include such harmful substances as asbestos and etc, and no nasty smell before and after application.No toxic gas after burned under high temperature .No radiation. It is Eco-friendly.
