The VAVD Controller is used in cardiac surgery of extracorporeal circulation process. It is a precise regulator that allows negative pressure to be regulated through a sealed hard shell venous blood reservoir.
Equipped with aseptic consumables for only one use, preventing moisture from entering the main frame and center negative pressure sources, avoiding the risk of re-use of blood contamination.
When used, through the supporting materials and hospital negative pressure source and membrane oxygenator on the sealed hard shell venous blood reservoir. Adjust the buttons on the main frame to precisely control the negative pressure value in the blood reservoir filter, thereby regulating venous drainage..
Positive and negative pressure safety valves are incorporated into the VAVD,when the negative pressure exceeds the set safety value or positive pressure produced, the pressure relief quickly, ensured safe use.
