Q: 1. How can we get samples?
A:  We are pleased to offer you free samples, if the sample fee is not cost too much. But the sample sending courier 
cost will be on your account. 
     1) You can arrange RPI ( Remote Pick-up) service upon FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc, to have the samples collected; 
or inform us your collection account. 
     2) You can wire the courier cost and we will have the courier cost prepaid. 


Q: 2. What is your payment term? 
A:  By T/T ( 30% deposit, and the balance against copy of bill) or L/C at sight. It could be negotiated. 


Q: 3. What is your delivery lead time? 
A:  The delivery lead time depend on the seasons and products. It will be 30-45 days during the normal seasons, and 
45-60 days during the peak seasons ( from May to Oct).


Q: 4. What is your MOQ? 
A:  1,000 sets for bath gift sets, if there is no special container or acessories. 


Q: 5. What is your production capacity monthly?
A:  800,000 sets for bath gift sets, and 2,200,000 bottles for single products.

      2) All ingredients have passed SGS or ITS ingredients review for EU and American markets. 
      3) Skillful workers care every details in the producting and packing processes. 
      4) Quality control team specially responsible for quality check in each process. In-house inspection report available for check.
