Q1: Are You Manufacturer or Trade Company?
We are a Hong Kong manufacturing specialized at packaging field over 25 years. And we are one of Top 500 Companies in the packaging field in China .Our factory located in Changan ,Dongguan, Guangdong, South of China. We have our own company built, a garden-like plant which covers a total floor area 220,000 square feet. We have two of non-dust workshops, one for food blistering products and another for composite material products of food and other advanced manufacture equipment.  
 
Q2: What is the price of your packaging ?
Normally, the price depends on your finalized design and order quantity. If you could tell us the dimensions,materials and quantities you need. We can quote the best price for you within 24 hours.  
 
Q3: What is the tool cost & mould charge for new design?
The normal copper mould is 100USD-200USD; CNC aluminium mould is 500-1000USD.It depends on the product design .   
 
Q4: How can we get the sample,and what is the cost?
If we have existing mould available, the sample will be free. You only need to pay for the carriage fee. For custom sample,we will use gesso mould to sampling as your design. The sample fee is 100-200USD. We can also help you design it as your information and requirements. Sample lead time : Around 3-5 days.  
 
Q5: What is your payment term?
We are pleasure if you can accept payment term by Alibaba Assurance. Also TT / PAYPAL / WESTERN UNIOn / LC / CREDIT CARD are all available for us. For small amount which is less than 1000USD, we prefer 100% deposit. For more than 1,000USD amount,we accept 30% deposit,and 70% balance TT before shipment.  
 
Q6: How can we get the goods in our country?
By air or by Ocean. If your order qty is small,the total packing volume is less than 1CBM,we suggest to use by air shipping,it needs around 7 days. If your order qty is large,more than 1CBM,we suggest to ship by ocean . It will takes around 20-30 days. It will be easy if your have your own forwarder to take care of the shipping.If not,we have professional forwarder to help us do it.

We have 100% test before the delivery.
