The Car model was made from plastic by CNC technic. The main body was ABS material in high glossy painting effect. The Window was Black PMMA with high polished effect. The wheel was PC with chrome effect and the tyre was rubber. It feels like a real car in scale.
No matter the project is small or big, it needs bellow process:
FRQ (CAD file in STP, IGES, X-T format)→Offer quote→Order→Pre-analyse→Engineering analyse→Programming→CNC machining→Hand made(deburr, sandpaper polish, painting, assemble)→QC→Delivery.How to Order 1.You send us drawing or sample. If you have drawing, it is better in IGES, STEP, X_T format.2. Listed the required material, quantity and surface treatment3. We will offer a quote in 2 hours.4. You confirm the quotation then place an order with 30% deposit.5. We start production and quanlity inspectiong.6. You pay us the balance after you check the final pictures of products.7.shipping and share tracking number.
