A humidity indicator card (HIC) is a card on which a moisture-sensitive chemical is impregnated such that it will change color when the indicated relative humidity is exceeded. This is usually blotting paper impregnated with cobalt(II) chloride base, or less toxic, copper(II) chloride base.

The Manual Tool for applicating liquids we produced help people make HIC efficiently and good for proofing. From 1 to 8 dots, the tool can be easily adjusted to your card dimensions. This is the best choice for small quantity order or new sample development .

Following is the real photo of the manual tool. Controlled by aPeristaltic pump, liquids can be dispensed evenly to every circle.User Instructions:
1.Take out all parts from the box. Fill all bottles with liquids.2.Connect the bottles to the pump box through inlet tube. Connect the printing tool to the pump box through outlet tube.3.Turn on the pump.4.Press footswitch and keep pressing until liquid drops from the tool tube. Then begin with production.5.about parameters setting: Press Mode once you can set pump No. From 1# to 6# by up and down button. When you choose the right No. Press /confirm/i, then you can set speed for this No. After speed set, press confirm to go to time setting. Example: If we want to set No.3 pump with quantitative outputPress Mode--Press Up button twice--Press /confirm/i--Press Up/down button to get required speed--Press /confirm/i--Press Up/down button to get required time--Press /confirm/i.
