Hot runner coil heater is mainly used for hot runner mold or, as well as other precision heating system. Spring heating ring external using high quality Ni-Cr steel tube, the internal use of high purity magnesium oxide , high temperature resistance wire, and first-Class manufacturing technology. The wire is after the annealed, with flexibility can be bent into an arc or circle heating. Its high working temperature, fast heating, uniform heating precision, Iong-term service life, can be automatically controlled area, high thermal conduction, while internal heating material damage, external can be reuses.

2. Heating coil ID :10mm ~ 38mm, heating height of ring: 40mm ~200mm.
3. Voltage: 220V-380V, wattages: 200W- 3000W.
4. Built-in thermocuple power:with or without J/K thermocouple, length of lead wire as 500mm 1000m 1200mm 1500mm or 2000mm.
5. Continuous Operating Temperatures to 1200℉.
Intermittent Operating Temperatures to 1500℉.
