Z28-40 type thread rolling machine
The machine is mainly used to form parts by cold rolling technology, which is a kind of advanced chipless machining technology. Rolling tools (such as rolling wheels ) are used in this technology.
The roller matal fiber is constant . Furthermore ,the redial pressure caused by rolling can improve effectively the finish,hardness and strength of workpiece. And it can aiso improve the machining efficiency greatly and produce parts economically and automatically.
In cold rolling state , rolling parts ,straightness,rolling polish,diameter reducing and sorts of forming rolling of common thread ,tilted thread ,straight thread ,tilted teeth,acme thread and module thread can be done.
Safe and reliable electric/hydraulic executing control mechanism are equipped with the machine .As can make rolling operation changed between manual state and automatic model（the user can prepare rolling wheels as required）.Due to the characteristic of rolling tool ,the material hardness cannot be higher than HRC 37.Additionally ,the material to be rolled can be carbon steel ,alloy steel and non-ferrous metal of which hardness is lower than HRC25,elongation higher than 10% and the tensile strength should be less than 100kgf/mm.

1.Two spindle of the machine rotates synchronously in the same direction .Right spindle feed motion in the horizontal direction under the rolling drive.Two rolling wheels make the work as required and other thread shape by rolling.
2.This machine is mainly composed of an organism, rotating box, fixed spindle seat , a movable spindle seat, hydraulic system and electrical parts etc.
3.The fixed seat and the movable seat main function is installing the screw rolling wheel and adjusting the rolling wheel tooth.
4.This machine is a hydraulic power system, it is mainly to make the active spindle seat to feed and return .
5.The two spindle seat adjust center respectively.Angle of table axis can be adjusted in the plus or minus 3 degrees.Each shaft to feed the workpiece can be determined according to the parameters of workpiece and mechanical properties of materials.
