1. The vacuuming, nitrogen filling and sealing process are all carried out in a sealed room, which effectively prevents air from entering the tank twice;2. Can seal different specifications of cans by replacing the cover mold, can body fixing clip, lid lowering device and other accessories3. Can lid joint control: when there is a can, the lid will be provided accordingly, and no lid will be provided if there is no can;4. Stop without lid: When the lid remover does not cover, it will stop automatically to avoid the can body biting the pressing mold and damaging the parts of the sealing mechanism;5. Automatic control, using PLC programmable controller control, man-machine interface touch screen operation6. All pneumatic components and solenoid valves adopt the "Airtac" brand;7. Use high-precision digital display pressure sensor to detect vacuum pressure, and the required vacuum pressure can be set arbitrarily;8. The high-pressure vacuum pump is used for vacuuming, which can reach extremely low vacuum;9. Through function switching, different functions such as vacuuming but not nitrogen filling, and not vacuuming and not filling nitrogen can be realized. One machine has multiple functions.10. The outer cover and main parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel to meet the requirements of food and medicine hygiene.
