How to use your cervical collar:

How long do you wear a cervical collar?
Wear your brace all the time, unless otherwise instructed by the surgeon, until your spine has healed or fused, which may be as short as 6 weeks or as long as 4 to 6 months. Remove the brace only to sleep. Put the brace on before getting out of bed.
