A: Generally we pack our goods in White boxes or Brown boxes or Neutral printed boxes. Customized boxes as per your design can be supplied.
Q2: What is your payment terms?
A: T/T 30% Deposit and the balance 70% made before shipping. Photos of products and packages will be supplied upon request.
Q3: What is your price terms?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, or CIP.
Q4: How about your delivery time?
A: It will take abt. 15~50 days after order being /confirm/ied. The specific delivery time depends on the items and order quantity. Samples usually are ready within 10 days.

A: Yes, your samples or technical drawings are welcome, and the tooling cost will be free if initial quantity meets our
requirements.
Q9: What is your sample policy?
A: Sample can be supplied if we have ready stock, but the sample and shipping cost will be charged, and this cost can be deducted from 1st formal order.
