Feed Automatically Through Bowl Feeder


We have viratory feeder department can design and make bowl feeder by ourselves.
Components be feeded automatically by bowl feeder and arrive riveting station through conveyor belt.

Mechanism takes components and places on corresponding positon, pins be feeded automatically and riveting mechanism riveting automatically.
electric driver can auto detect if there is product missed riveting or not; and unload products automatically or connect with other assembly machine for assembly.
Touch Screen (With Chinese and English Versions)
Through touch screen, you can active certain one step or continuous step actions as you like. You can input or revise the parameter here for example quantity and time. The screen can also indicate error location and the status of machine parts.
