1. Can you offer us OEM and ODM?
Yes. we can do OEM, with your logo sewed on cover or laser printed on fame. And we can do ODM for you as well, which will help you go get exclusive selling on your market.
2. What factors will effect the price?
You have a lot chance to unique your umbrella, which all may effect the price.Our umbrella frames are always full aluminum, but you can choose different finishing, e.g. powder coating, matt anodizing, glossy anodizing, or heat transfer wooden looking as well.Our cover can be solution-dyed polyester, Olefin, domestic Acrylic or Sunbrella Acrylic.What’s more, you can have sewing logo, laser printed logo, brown box or colorbox,and so on.
3. When can I get the quotation?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in
your email so that we will arrange your inquiry priority.
4. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price /confirm/ied, you can require for samples to check our quality. Buyer has to pay for the sample cost and shipping cost.But the sample cost will be refund after order placed.
5. How about sampling time?
Normally will take 7-15days for sampling, but also depend on your detail requirement, e.g not normal color of the fabric or frame finishing.
6. How about your payment terms?
Payment for orders online will be via Trade Assurance. Payment for orders offline will be T/T 30% deposit,T/T 70% balance before delivery.
7. Can I mix different products in one container?
