Features and function of the sock machine :

2.It can weave 3D knitting, be fit for more specification of socks requirement.
3.It can weave all rubber socks(rubber stepping motor can be adjusted faster and slower automatically and randomly)
4.New Jacquard Actuator with much precise and much high speed knitting.
5.Adoption of newly designed Needle Detector, make sure the machine knitting more safe and stable.
6.The heel is adopted Double Down-Picker system for knitting, with small rotary speed, it makes much fast and efficient.
7.All functions are controlled by air Pneumatic Equipment automatically.
Color yarn shuttle is changed 14 to 15 pieces, so one piece of sock can weave 16 colors.
8.The density is controlled by accurate stepping motor, can be adjusted randomly.
9.Double functions of knitting on both Double welt and heel.
10.UPS(Uninterrupted Power Supply) System. To supply power during two seconds until motor stops once powered off. It can save operation program for three months. To operate the previous operation program continuously after power on.
11.Actuators with 16 steps transmission.
12.Rubber line device can be chose two set, it can weave two kinds of rubber with different colors.
