Usually our MOQ is 2000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trialorder. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculatethe cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checkingquality of our products and know our service.
2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample chargefor custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certainquantity.We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrieraccount, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight chargeto our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 3-5workdays to reach.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your owndesigns, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need newprinting screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which canensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
Usually Ai file is needed .If for making new mold,3D file is needed.

6.How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us thepantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we willrecommend some popular colors to you.
