1. How can I get a quote?
Please send us the details of the product specification, order quantity, shipping
and packing requirements. We will come back to you with prices within 2 days.

2. What is the your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 500.

3. What is the file format we shall give?
PDF,PSD,AI,EPS.


4. How should I send the master to you?
We prefer master CD or DVD. ISO image file is also ok, however in this case
we will need you to confirm the sample is ok or not before mass production.



5. Can I get a sample of your current products?
As considering the intellectual property we won't provide the samples to others
without the permission from our clients. As for the products we own the property
or generic productswe will be able to do so.

6. What is the lead-time for sample and mass production?
The lead-time for sample is 3-5 days depends on the type of the products.
And normally for a medium size order it will take about 7-20 days for mass production.

7. What is your payment method?
T/T, L/C, Paypal, Western Union, Trade Assurance.

8. What is the packing?
Standards 5 layer shipping carton and palletized or per customers' request.
