All our products are base on the FDA standards, we have more than 300 different models, we can not make all the testing report for them. As usually, we provide the testing samples for clients they want to buy, they arrange the testing by themself.If the first testing cannot pass, we will pay the second or more times testing cost untill it pass.It is no problem to test the product in China, as SGS or BV have branches in China also. If you would like, please advise your requirment of the test standard, such like FDA, LFGB an so on, we can check the test cost for you.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Usually our MOQ is 3000 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.


Q: How long is the production lead time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity. It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Of course, we usually provide existing sample for free, however a little sample charge is needed for custom designs. Sampls charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.



Q: How long is the lead time of the samples?
A: For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free but freight collected.If you want your own design, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new priting screen, etc.



Q: How many colors are available?
A: PSM colors. Tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match it.Q: Which kinds of Certificate would you have?
A: BPA FREE, FDA, LFGB, REACH
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
