What is the MOQ for each item?
Our MOQ is 1 pcs, Most of the products have large stocks available.
Can I get some samples? Are they free?
Of course, you can get samples for testing before bulk order, samples are not free. But the cost can be refundable after mass order.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery by Cash, T/T, West Union, PayPal and Trade Assurance on Ali, etc.
What’s the delivery time?
Most of the products are in stock. We can send to you within 2 working days after your payment.for the products are out of stock; production time is around 5-10 days.
What about the warranty time?
For PC products are 2 years, barcode scales is 1 year,12 months for parts and 6 months for printheads.
Can I have my own logo on the products, do you offer product OEM?
Yes! We can put your logo in the product and we do OEM for customers. But it requires a certain quantity and the cost need to be added separately.
