Application:
AT-1 Full-automatic Flat Face Mask Machine is a full-automatic high-speed tie-on ear loop welding flat face mask production line,including automatic feeding, automatic folding, delivering, cutting of nose bridge bar, edge melting, ultrasonic bonding, shaping, cutting, welding of ear loop and lamination. It can complete the whole production procedures from the feeding of raw materials in rolls and the forming of face mask.
The production line is mainly used for the automatic shaping of flat face mask. The whole roll of raw material unreels and is delivered by the rotating wheel. It connects with a main slice-feeding machine and a ear loop machine. The mask slice from the main slice-feeding machine is delivered onto the conveying chain of the ear loop machine by the delivering belt. The conveying chain deliver the mask slice and the ear loop to the ear loop welding machine for ultrasonic bonding. Finally, the air cylinder press the welded face masks down onto the collecting belt to manual or automatic packing.
