Working Principle:
YGF-W series weighing filling machine, is one high precision, and high tech filler. The filling quantity is controlled by weighing sensor.
It’s filling by net weight, and with double filling speed to ensure the filling precision. Operator only need to put the empty barrels on the conveyor, the Sensor will stop the barrels and orientate, then begin filling. When the filling quantity up to standard, the valve will shut off, filler nozzle will stop and rise up.
The machine is suitable for food, chemical, medicine, oil industries. For different liquids or viscosity materials, which with viscosity, corrosion, foam or without any special.
