Application

Meltblown nonwoven fabric is called the "heart" of medical surgical mask and N95 mask in the industry. It is the filter layer in the middle of mask, with good filtration, shielding, heat insulation and oil absorption, and is an important raw material for mask production. It is necessary to use meltblown nonwoven fabric to produce masks.
The need of mask is huge, so the need of melt blown non-woven fabric will be bigger!

1. Buyer supply scope

Electric power supply Hoist: 15t
Crane product lifting 3-5 tonsCable and cable tray
Distribution panel between control cabinet and transformer Arrange to construct foundation and to provide foundation bolts.  
2. Installation
We will not take charge of the installation for the production line. In the installation and test period, customer will be responsible for food, ticket, room for engineers.The 2.4m Meltblown machine is turnkey project. Customer will offer tools for the installation and test including crane and forklift.


3. After sale service and maintainIt will take about 10 days for the installation and test.A. Training for workers
We will train workers from customer’s company for free, and teach them to know and use the machine for about 7 days.
B. When facing with problems can’t be solved by customer, we will offer some technical support by phone or email, and if necessary we will send engineers to customer’s factory to solve it.C. based on the information from customers, we will give an exact answer or arrange to send engineer in 48 hours once Visa was done.
Guarantee 12 months for free, Item NO.B and Item NO.C are free in guarantee period.
