Detailed Parts Functions Introduction
1. PCB Crusher:crushing raw material into 2-3 cm.
2. PCB dismantling machine: dismantling electronic components& pcb board,recycling the tin.
3. Circuit board mill: pulverized to about 20 mesh.
4. Gravity separator machine: to separate metal and nonmetal,This is currently the most advanced kind of technology, metal separation efficiency can reach above 99.99%.
5. Analytical Engine: collecting dust fibers,resins and copper into the Sieve.
6. Set feeders: the fibers were collected after discharge.
7. Sieve machine: after screening,the standard material will be fed into high-voltage electrostatic separator machine and the large material will come back by one cycle and for second time grinding.
8 High-voltage electrostatic separator: principle is the input power through the transformer adjusted to 100,000 volts of high pressure, high-pressure field, have the effect of conductive metal adsorption, so that to achieve the separation of metallic and non-metallic).
Air purifier: the dust, microfiber generated during crushing is collected.
