The Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) in polymer basis (PE, PP, PS, PET) with different filling 30%-75 %. The concentrate is a comfortable method allows add TiO2 to polymer, yielding a white colour, without contamination by dust. They have perfect dispersion and optimized flow properties, resulting to maximum hiding power and easy processing.
Titanium Dioxide used in all white masterbatches, provides a high level of opacity, colouring strength, good dispersion and excellent UV – stability. Some brands may have a milky or bluish white undertone. There are white masterbatches types which contain a combination of TiO2 with other white pigments an optimized cost/performance.
Environment protection:
Series of white masterbatches produced by the company contain no fluorescence whitening component and is environment-friendly; Food grade masterbatch can be used for food-contact package or products, especially for film products.
