Q:2.How long mass product production lead time?
A:Normally after arrange the 30% deposit, The goods can be ready after 30 days according to your quantity, if the goods have the stock with the normal package will be 5 days, but the delivery time will be different according to different port in China; if the goods has the stock with customized package, it can be send with 18 days.
Q:3.How many days can you send us the samples? Is it free or not?
A:Sorry,Sir/Madam!The samples isn’t for free and you need arrange the freight charge.If the sample dont have the stock, we need to open the model to arrange it, and it will be Charge to the model fees according to the actual price, and the fees can be refund after you place the order.
Q:4.Can you tell the payment detail please ?
A:We can accept the TT, LC, Western Union and Paypal etc;If the amounts is less than USD 1000, please arrange full money.
If the amount is over USD 1000, we can accept the 30% in advnace for production.
Q:5.What is your trading term please?
A:Normally, we use FOB Tianjin, we also receive CNF or CIF.
