Usage
Moist heat therapy from the microwave: Remove any racks or stands from the microwave. Place products on clean dinner plate before putting it on microwave's rotating tray.
Microwave ovens vary. Begin by heating 1 minutes. Remove the product from the microwave and touch test. Repeat as necessary to achieve the desired temperature. Do not exceed 2 minutes in total. If your product becomes too hot, allow it to cool before use.
To reheat a recently used product, reduce the initial heating time by half. Touch test before reuse. Do not heat this product using any other means than a microwate.
Caution
lAlways touch test your product before use. If the neck wrap feels too hot when applied, remove and wait 1-2 minutes before re-applying.
lThe wrap should be comfortably warm not hot to be effective. The wrap will bring your skin temperature to the applopriate level for analgesia.
lDo not apply over ointments or creams.
lDo not apply wrap tighly.

Q:How can I get some samples?
A:1, We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you,this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
2,Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.
