The TAP-IT™ tap is designed for the purpose of controlling the flow of liquids from certain filled packaging bags. The unique feature of this tap is that it is not attached to the bag until the user is ready to open the sealed bag. The user simply passes the spike of the tap through the wall of the bag and it is immediately ready for use. once the bag is empty, the user removes the tap and it is ready, after appropriate cleaning, to be re-used.FeaturesBenefits
Separate re-usable plastic tap
Suppliers of any liquid can form, fill and seal their product in sachets instead of other more expensive containers like bottles. Therefore there are major savings on productivity costs and time consumption, which will ultimately affect the price of products to the end-user
Improved quality and life expectancy of contents (less oxidation & contamination). Plastic bag remains sealed until the consumer is actually ready to use its contents, after which the tap can then be attached to the bag.
The Tap has a hollow tube with an inlet end and an outlet end
Liquid can be withdrawn by allowing it to flow through the inlet past the control tap and out of the outlet.
