Q1: Can I order some samples for our testing?
A: Sure, we can arrange the sample to you by freight collect.
Q2: How long will it take to delivery?
A: To ship by sea it takes 19-27 days depending on different destination. To ship by air or by
express is about 2-7 days depending on destination.
Q3: Can I print our logo /barcode /unique QR code /series number on?
A: Yes, you can. Either on the products or on the package depending on different items. We have a
team of professional designers and are able to design as requested. Of course, we always /confirm/i
the design before producing. So you will surely get what you want for actual use.
Q4: How long will it take to produce?
A: It all depends, large quantity will need more time. We will get start with the design once
received the deposit. After the design is /confirm/ied, we will arrange the production. Usually, the
production will take about 2-3 weeks. ( Except for urgent order )
Q5: What' s your MOQ ( Minimum Order Quantity ) ?
A: Our MOQ for each type of product is 2 tons depending on different items. Please consult our
sales people for more detail.
Q6: Can you customize product in special shape?
A: Yes, we do OEM and ODM, but for special designed products, we will have a higher MOQ and you
need to charge for mould, please understand it!
Q7: How can you make sure we will receive the product with high quality?
A: Our QC team will inspect each shipment before loading and all raw material will be 100% new.
And we will add UV material to keep the item steady for using long time. We will send you QC
report before delivery.
