In 2012 at the "III International Congress of Mycology 2012" the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Junta de Castilla y León gives a sincere tribute to Manuel Faúndez Rivas, founder of FAÚNDEZ Gourmet thanking him for his enormous work in favor of mycology.
