Usage
High alumina saggar, corundum saggar, cordierite mullite saggar are widely used in various ceramic, glass, electronic, chemical, ferrite industry roller kiln, tunnel kiln, shuttle kiln, push plate kiln and other industrial kiln. Mainly used for sintering magnesium oxide, zirconia, rare earth and various powders.
High alumina saggar, mainly composed of high alumina raw materials and refractory clay. They are divided into high alumina sagger -- cordierite mullite sagger -- cordierite saggar. It has high refractoriness, high-temperature load softening point, and general thermal stability.
Cordierite mullite saggar has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and no slag. Due to the material heat capacity and thermal expansion are small, the product's cycle using frequency is high. It is suited for below 1300 ℃ powder forging burn. It is formed by slip casting. Can be customized in a variety of shapes
