This production line consists of two major functional sections: sterilizer + cooler.Among them, pasteurization method is adopted for pasteurization machine, which uses steam to heat water. The temperature is set by touch screen, and the water temperature can be adjusted in the range of 80-100 ℃. When the temperature of pasteurizer deviates from the set value by ± 1 ℃, the resolution is 0.1plc output signal is controlled by the electric box and adjusted by not less than (2 ") steam regulating valve; ensure that the temperature in the pasteurizer tank does not exceed the set value by ± 1 ℃. It can not only have sterilization effect, but also ensure that the nutrition of the product does not fluctuate and change in a large range of temperature difference, so as to retain the original nutrition and taste of the food. The stainless steel mesh belt conveyor is used for pasteurization machine. The mesh belt motor is stepless speed regulation by frequency converter. The transmission time of mesh belt in the sterilization tank can be adjusted arbitrarily within 5-40 minutes to meet the needs of products with different specifications for sterilization.After pasteurization, the product enters the cooler for cooling, which greatly improves the shelf life of the product and is an ideal choice for customers at home and abroad.
