The Silicone Extrusion production line mainly produces silicone waterproof LED soft strip light, its principle is to make the LED strip be wrapped with a layer of silica gel automatically, and make the LED soft light strip waterproofed. This production line can achieve solid core (potting), tubular (casing), half tubular (potting shape), double-color neon lights and so on products. The thickness, shape of the silicone layer can be customized accordingly to users’and optical requirements. It also can used in the medical pipe extrusion industry with different modes.
