1.How can I place an order?
You can contact me or any of our sales person for an order.
Please provide the details of your requirements as clear as possible. So we can send you the offer at the first time. For designing or further discussion, it is better to contact us with trade manager of Alibaba, Skype, E-mail or other instance ways, in case of any delays
2.When can I get the price?
Usually we quote our best price within 12 hours after we get your inquire.
3. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price /confirm/iation, you can require for samples for samples to check our quality.
Free for a blank/stock sample to check the design and quality, as long as you afford the express freight.
For printing sample, advanced sample fee $49 is required. It can be fully refuned if the final quanitty of the confirmed bulk order is or over 10,000pcs.
4.How long can I expect to get the samples?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready in 5-7 worling days.
The samples will be sent to you via express and arrival in 3-5days.
5.What kind of files do you accept for printing?
CDR ,AI, PDF, etc. and we also can design for you by free.
6. What about the lead time for mass production?
To be honest, it depends on the quantity.
Generally 5-7 days for quantity at 5,000pcs, 7-10days for about 10,000pcs.
7.What is your terms of delivery?
