High Voltage Electron Beam Welding Machine
This electron beam welding machine is one kind of high precision welding equipment by using high-speed electron beam bombarding workpieces.
The high speed directional electron beam bombards workpiece to transfer kinetic energy into heat energy and so melt the workpiece to form the welding area. The energy density of electron beam reaches 180W/cm2 and so it can heat metal to very high temperature very quickly. So this electron beam can melt any infusible metal and alloy.
There is no welding agent; under vacuum condition, welding seam is clean, smooth and non-oxidztion.
This kind of electron beam welding machine is widely used in aerospace, atomic energy, automotive and electric & electrotechnical instruments, etc.

I Description of THDW-3C electron beam welding machine:
1.1 Main technical parameters of electron gun:

1.3 Welding chamber and vacuum system

1.4 Gun chamber and vacuum system

1.7 Optics / TV observing system
Optics observing system can let operator intuitively carry out fleck inspection of electron beam, harmonize joining position, and thus observe the whole welding procedure.
TV optics observing system has CCD camera, about 5 times image zoom in/out, with “+” centering.
The observing system can be avoided from polluted during welding.
