USAGE
This machine is designed for making PE disposable apron rolls
the apron made from this machine has perforated tearing line and in form of rolls,
the apron design shape is reasonable and high quality.
FEATURE
1. Sensor tracks the material feedin when out of material, will stop automatically.
2. With EPC system, for material feeding position control.
3. With photocell for tracking the printing, it can make both printed and non-printed apron rolls.
4. Apron shape forming adopts air waste blower,
5. Rewinding roller adopts air cylinder for holding the plugging roll, easy rolls changing.
6. Rewinding roller adopts sensor tracks the material winding, automatic stop when lost tracking.
7. Guiding rollers in rewinding unit, for flattening the film surface for good rewinding quality.
8. Microcomputer system adopts PLC touch screen control.
9. Machine main motor is frequency inverter control, the bag making speed is adjustable.
10. All the connecting rods are using high quality bearing to connect, long working life and stable.
11. Adopts step motor for length control
