USAGE
This machine is high speed automatic side sealing and cutting plastic bag making machine. it is suitable for making OPP, PP, PE, POF, cellophane, plastic side sealed bags, etc.
CHARACTERISTIC
1. Two lines bag making, both with photocell, for printed bag making.
2. Two units unwinder station, with EPC system for web guiding.
3. Unwinder with sensor to track the feeding, will automatically stop when out of material.
4. Air punching cylinder for punching hole in bags.
5. With belt conveyor for moving the bags to receiver table automatically.
6. Conveyor belt with bag sort out device, for stacking bags.
7. Microcomputer adopts LCD touch screen control.
8. Main motor adopts frequency inverter control, bag making speed is adjustable.
9. Bag making control motor is servo motor, high precision bag length setting.
