USAGE
This machine is PVC heat shrinkable film blowing machine for making printing grade PVC heat shrinkable film, PVC shrinkable film is widely used for making printing labels, packing film. etc.
FEATURE
1. Adopts three traction systems, to produce highest quality film with suitable shrinkage.
2. Whole machine adopts five famous brand Nengshi® frequency inverters controls, one for main motor, one for first frame traction, one for water tank traction, one for second frame traction and last one for rewinder.
3. Material of screw: high quality 38CrMoAlA after 45 days nitrogen treatment, supplied from Zhoushan city.
4. Gear box: hard teeth gear surface, casting alloy piston, high precise grinding, with coolant, supplied by Shuguang®, Xiaoshan city.
5. Die mold adopts 40Cr, hard chrome-plating.
6. All electric apparatus adopts famous brand CHINT® wenzhou city.
7. Second inflation adopts stainless steel water tank.
8. With two pieces water size rings as standard configuration.
9. Digital intelligent temperature controllers, automatic temperature control
