Usage:
This machine is full automatic microcomputer control plastic bag making machine, for making LDPE, HDPE plastic bags, like T-shirt(vest) bags, flat bags, shopping bags.etc.
Feature:
1. Full automatic film feeding, heat sealing, cold cutting, bag tracking, bag counting, punching, conveying and waste collecting, etc.
2. With two layers and each layer two lines, it can put 2 or 4 plastic film rolls one time and makes 2 layers or 4 lines bags synchronously, high speed and effective.
3.Two layers full copper material sealing blades, which both can turn 180 degree, for adjusting and sealing different type bags.
4. One Photocell system for tracking the printed or not printed bags. Automatic alarm when tracking fail and stop.
5. The cool cutting blade is made by special steel, sharp and anti abrasive, supplied from SONGYUE®. with micro adjusting device, this blade can be easy adjusted for different thickness materials.
6. Automatic on line punching machine adopts two pieces chinese famous brand YADEKE® high quality air cylinders, with conveyor belt for collecting bags.
7. The sealing and cutting machine adopts microcomputer controller, automatic punching machine adopts XINJIE® programmable controller.
8. It has functions like automatic constant temperature, stop when out of material or reach the set quantity, etc.
