Introduction
This winding machine is used to wind transformer foil coils and similar products, the foil can be copper or aluminum strip. It can windone or twolayers offoil conductorand one or two layers of insulation material(such as paper or similar).Bus bars are welded with TIG welding process. The automatic foil edge alignment will make sure that the coil edges are straight and smooth.Controlling system is based on PLC. It is easy to operate the machine through a touch screen.
