This machine is specifically designed for bag on valve shaving gel/foam filling. Ths machine is also suitable for some other big viscosity products filling, such as tooth gel, cream and paste. There are two heads combined into a single working table, first head is for vacuumizing, propellant charging and valve sealing. It adopts the under cap filling process which result in fast speed, easy operating and stable dosage. The propellant can be N2, Co2, LPG, DME, Ar or even compressed air. And the second head is for shaving gel material or some other gel filling, the head mixes the liquid material and isopentane at a preset ratio adjustable from 3-12% based on fomulation. It is not only used for foam or gel aerosol products, but also can be used for normal bag on valve aerosol products, no matter water based, oil based or alcohol based. 0-250ml
