Product Description
1. The plastic sheet extrusion line is designed for the production of Nylon material(PA.PA66,PA12 etc).
2.The sheet extrusion line includes vacuum feeder, hopper dryer, SJ-45 single screw extruder, mould, mould temperature machine, 3 calender rolls and winding unit.
3.Using high-quality sheet mould and 3 mirror calender rolls to ensure the sheet uniform and smooth.
4.Both the calendering roller and the tractor roller are controlled by frequency conversion.
