1. The single screw sheet extruder machine is suitable for the production of PE, PP sheet and so on.
2.The sheet extrusion line includes: Vacuum feeder, hopper dryer, SJ-45 single screw extruder, mould, mould temperature machine, calender rolls and winding unit.
3.Using high-quality sheet mould and 3 mirror calender rolls to ensure the sheet uniform and smooth.
4.Both the calendering roller and the tractor roller are controlled by frequency conversion.
