Product Description
1.FLD-35 extrusion line can be used to produce 3D printer filament of ABS, PLA, PETG,PVDF, PA, PCL,PEEK,PEI,Carbon fiber composite and other raw materials. The filament precision can be controlled within ±0.03mm.
2. The extruder adopts a specially designed high-quality screw, and the pressure inside the barrel is stable and the plasticizing effect is good.
3. The specially designed cooling water tank is used to ensure uniform shrinkage when the material is cooled.
4. Standard with 1.75 and 3mm precision extrusion moulds.
5. It is equipped with a multi-dimensional laser detector capable of detecting 0.001mm, and the detection frequency is up to 600 times/second to ensure accurate data.
6. The tractor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, precise speed regulation and stable speed.
7. The automatic operation of the storage line frame can ensure the continuous production of the winding machine when the reel is replaced, and can store 100 meters.
8. Double-disc winding machine is controlled by PLC system, including cutting and automatic wire feeding function, which is easy to operate and easy to change.
