Laboratory Plastic Sheet Extrusion Machine Line
laboratory precise sheet extrusion line consist of a Lab Precise Single Screw Extruder, a Molding System, a Lab Precise Three Roller Calendar, a Haul-off & Winding Machine, and a SIEMENS PLC Touching Screen Control System.
The Lab Precise Three Roller Calendar is vertical designed with one variable speed control motor for the three rolls. The base of the middle roll is fixed and the upper roll and lower roll could move up and down. The bases of the rolls are linear slide driven with manual press devices and could be adjusted slightly to ensure the accuracy of tape thickness.
