Q2. about Quality
Even if our yarn was 100% made from recycle flakes, But the yarn quality is stable and could take place of virgin yarn. In order to keep the final recycle yarn quality, we pay lotsof attention on the quality control of PET bottle bales and flakes. We have our own Bottle washing production line and blending storage silo.
Q3. Difference between Recycle yarn and virgin
A little yellowish comparing to virgin; If use in fabric, the hand feel is a little harder comparing to virgin.
Q4. about Dyeing difference
Color absorption is faster, But don’t suggest to dye the sensitive color, such as bleach, light pink, yellow etc.
