1.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 3,000pcs.but we accept lower qty for your trial order.Pls feel free to tell us how many pcs do you need,we will calculate the cost correspondingly.hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
2.Can I get samples?
Sure.We usually provide exiting sample for free.but a little sample charge for custom designs.samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain qty.we usually send samples by Fedex,UPS,DHL or TNT.if you have carrier account,it will be fine to ship by your account.if not,you can pay the freight charge to our papal,we will ship by our account.it takes about 3-5days to reach.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For the exiting samples,it takes 2-3days.they are free.if you want your own designs(pantone color painting,artwork,logo etc),it takes 5-7days.
4.How Long is the production lead time?
It takes 30 days for MOQ.we have large production capacity,which can ensure fast delivery time even for large qty.
5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house.so you can provide PDF,AI,CDR or JPG etc.We will make 3D drawing for mold,laser logo and printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
6. Which kinds of certificate would you have?
FDA,LFGB,REACH
7. What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L.We also accept L/C at sight.
