1. Where is your factory?
Our factory is located in Lishui city,Zhengjiang Province with 27,000 square metres workshop.
2.When can I get the quotation?
We usually quote within 12 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation, pls tell us in your e-mail so that we will pay more attention to it.
3.How can I get a sample to theck your quality?
After price /confirm/iation, you can require for samples to check our quality or counter display. If you need the sample, we will charge for the sample express fee or send it by third-part payment. Moreover,the express fee can be refunded after you place the order to us.
4What kind of files do you accept for drawing?
PDF, Core Draw,high resolution Jpg.
5.Can you do the design for us?
Yes, we have a professional team having rich experience in enclosures design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect packing boxes. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for /confirm/iation.
6.How long can I expect to get the samples?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files., the sample will be ready for delivery in 3-7days .The samples will be sent to you dht/tnt espress and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own espress account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
7.What about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order
8.What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW ,FOB, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or effective for you.
